I’m a band geek gone rogue – a brass player, a DJ, a singer, a composer, and an all-around fun time. I have always been passionate about music creation and performance, and I do my best to provide an experience, rather than just a normal performance. Based in Portsmouth, Ohio, I’m also a tinkerer, constantly working to improve my crafts in whatever way I can.

The journey started in 1998 when my father bought me a Yamaha trumpet to play in school band. I loved playing it, and it was super fun – except I was always anxious. I had to sit out of my first concert because I nearly hyperventilated before getting on the stage, and went and sat with my parents for the concert that I should have been playing. Don’t worry, things improved!

I continued with trumpet for a few years before I was asked in middle school to play either the Horn or the Tuba. I was enamored by the tuba, so I went “I wanna try tuba!” They put a Horn in my hands and went “Naw, you play this now.” They made the right decision for me, because in 2009 I began my professional career into Horn playing, starting a Bachelor degree in Horn at the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music.

I gradually made improvements and learned, and found myself doing my Graduate degree in Switzerland at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana, where not only did I continue my Horn journey, but picked up DJing for fun in 2015. Upon my return to the States in 2017, I continued my musical knowledge by continuing to DJ for fun, and playing in local orchestras until I was brought on board to Warburton Music Products in May of 2019.

From there things began to flourish – I was becoming a staple member of local orchestras, performing constantly. I never gave up on DJing, and in 2020 began live-mixing to continue to the next step.

In 2023 I moved back to Ohio, where I began marketing myself as a DJ to local venues. Today, I run Karaoke at several locations, I am a wedding DJ, I provide music lessons, and I still continue to perform in many orchestras across the state of Ohio.
